WMS Wildcats sweep competition at tourney

Special to The SunThe Wakulla Wildcats headed to Tallahassee early Saturday morning to compete in the Holy Comforter Invitational Volleyball Tournament. The tournament consisted of 8 local teams, all competing for the #1 spot. The WMS team had stiff competition against heavy hitters Holy Comforter, Maclay, and the School of Math and Science. After a long day games, the Wildcats remained undefeated and headed to the championship game against the host team. The Wakulla Wildcats arose victorious against the Holy Comforter Crusaders and claimed their duly deserved No. 1 championship title.
