No internet in Sopchoppy

CenturyLink is sure proving we are the Forgotten Coast in Sopchoppy. We have been without Internet since July 1. Since today is a holiday I’m sure they are enjoying it and will NOT be working today, not that I believe they have been anyway. They won’t even reach out to tell customers anything except the update is we expect it to be back in 12-24 hours more and are diligently working on it. They have moved the resolution time forward another day until we have no faith in anything they say. This is affecting several livelihoods and work costs. CenturyLink is no help at all.
Does anyone know how many have been affected or what the issue is?
Can you help or suggest any recourse. We have reported them to the FCC and will report them to BBB this week.
