Flotilla 12 held its monthly meeting last week. Thank you to Norma Hill for the information and Linda Olson for the photos. At the end of August, members from our flotilla will travel to New Orleans for DTRAIN, our District Training event for our 8th Coastal Region. We are excited to hear what they learn. Flotilla 12 will have a Ramp Day on 31 August at the fort in St Marks. This is a free service to help ensure boaters have the required safety material onboard their boats. Previous articles have addressed the requirements, but check back next week for a refresher!
Following the meeting, members joined in fellowship for lunch. A good time was had by all!
Thanks to Sherrie, we will always remember safe boating is no accident.
