There are so many opinions and perspectives on the great issues in life.
Often people who know about life know little about instructing others to help them face life’s trials. So let’s be careful with our words and how much we allow the words of others to form and shape our attitudes and opinions.
May the Lord grant us wisdom to do these things.

We have lost one of our lifelong citizens born and raised in our community, Alberta Rosier Hines, my sister. She will be truly missed by all that knew her.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 7 at 1 p.m. at Mount Trial Primitive Baptist Church with burial at Buckhorn Cemetery in Sopchoppy. Viewing will be held on Friday, Sept. 6, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Skipper Temple, located at 165 Surf Road in Sopchoppy.

Our prayers and concern goes out to all the sick and shut-in, to those in need of help in all ways, those in the hospital, nursing home, prison, homeless and all that need of prayer everywhere.
