A local car wash recently sold for $5.8 million and Publix recently bought the completed strip mall where its grocery store is located for $14.75 million. Brimner recognized the members of his staff at the luncheon and gave his appreciation for their hard work and expertise, said that he could not run the office without the great staff that he has.
