    Valentine Festival cancelled

    The annual Rotary Club Valentine Festival, which had been set for Saturday, Feb. 11, was cancelled on the eve of the event due to expected severe weather.
    The event will not be rescheduled. The club will be in contact with vendors to refund money paid for booths.
