On his weekly survey of Wakulla Springs, retired park ranger Bob Thompson shared this photo of a couple of white ibis. He also added a note: Of the 35 animals monitored during weekly wildlife surveys, the three most abundant on Dec. 28 were 133 Hooded Mergansers, 91 White Ibises, and 52 Common Gallinules. Also, 21 manatees were observed.
