Never let anyone tell you miracles don’t happen. Some of us know miracles large and small happen every day. This past week I got to witness a pretty big one, and I need to thank each and every person who prayed for our dog Beau. He had his back surgery last Wednesday, and was unbelievably normal by Friday when we brought him home.
He went from verging on paralysis to wanting to run and jump like a puppy. NOT that we let him! He will spend a few weeks on a leash, despite his unhappiness with the situation. But the gratitude we feel for every prayer and good vibe is deep and wide. Thank you all.
Speaking of prayers, please keep the family of our good friend Warner Garrison in yours. Warner has gone on to the Lord. Betty Reeves also died last week. Both these saints were one time members of the Wakulla United Methodist Church, and dearly loved.

Lorrie Gallamore’s sister, Sondra Martin, is in need of our prayers as she recuperates from a serious illness. Deborah Giles continues to need our prayers, as does her sister Cindy Blackstock. Jimmy Gainey, Leah Pearson, Thelma Watts, Clem Bunker, and Cary Newton each covet your prayers as they deal with health issues.

Happy birthday wishes to Kelly O’Neil, John and Judy Collomy, and Sue Austin this month.

Once again, we celebrated the Second Sunday Sing at the Woodville U.M.C. with a performance by the Foggy Bottom Boys and a fellowship supper. You could travel the world and not find better music or food!

May 5th will be Homecoming at the Woodville U.M.C., and everyone is invited to join the congregation for the celebration. Y’all come!
