This past weekend Flotilla 12 held our monthly meeting.
After the meeting, Bob Asztalos provided Team Coordination Training (TCT) for the membership. TCT is a training program aimed at changing the way risk levels are evaluated and how we work as teams.
By focusing on six key aspects to TCT, multiple areas are evaluated to determine if the team is adequately prepared and has the proper ability to respond to various situations. It is always a priority that teams responding do not create a more dangerous situation. During the meeting, we had two potential members attend.
The Division meeting will be held April 27th in Pensacola. The next Ramp Day will be Saturday, May 25th at the Fort in St. Marks. If you are interested in getting a vessel safety check. Check back next week for details about vessel safety checks.
Thanks to Sherrie, we will always remember safe boating is no accident! Pre-planning before even making it to the water’s edge can help you have a great day on the water.
