Administrator says county isn’t interested in land trade with forest service

A decades-old proposal for a land swap between Wakulla County and the U.S. Forest Service is off the table, according to County Administrator David Edwards.
In a recent interview, Edwards said that Assistant County Administrator Somer Pell was sending a letter to the forest service that would say that Wakulla County is “no longer interested at this time.”
