On his weekly survey of Wakulla Springs, retired park ranger Bob Thompson shared this photo of a A mother alligator with 25 tiny baby alligators! Of the 35 animals monitored on these surveys, the total number of animals observed on January 25 was 373. The three most abundant were 81 White Ibis, 78 Hooded Merganser, 35 Common Gallinules. A total of 84 manatees were observed; this is a record high!
