On his weekly survey of Wakulla Springs, retired park ranger Bob Thompson shared this photo of a Pair of Osprey in their Nest. Of the 35 animals monitored on these surveys, the total number of animals observed on February 15, 2025 was 254. The three most abundant were 70 Hooded Merganser, 64 White Ibis and 44 Common Gallinule. A total of 21 manatees were observed.
