From Sheriff’s Office
On Wednesday, July 3, Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office Detectives and the Crime Suppression Unit, alongside investigators of the North Star Multijurisdictional Drug Task Force, the Leon County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and Agents of Homeland Security Investigations executed a residential Search Warrant as part of “Operation Ice Storm” Phase One.
The Search Warrant is a result of an extensive, multi-month investigation by WCSO Narcotics Detectives and the Crime Suppression Unit.
This investigation came into existence due to several citizen complaints regarding illegal drug activity as well as the property being a launching platform for various criminal activities – thefts, stolen vehicles, etc. During the investigation, Detectives identified Angel Catina Palmer as the primary suspect who was in control of the “trap house”. Detectives gathered evidence to develop probable cause for a residential search warrant for the residence.
Upon executing the search warrant, Detectives detained Angel Catina Palmer and 10 other individuals inside the residence. Detectives seized methamphetamine, several smoking devices, and scales during the course of the search warrant.
The following suspects were arrested and booked into the Wakulla County Jail charges are as follows :
- Ryan A Kimbrel (DOB-07/31/1992) Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Homemade Smoking Device.
- Terry L Cardin (DOB-6/23/1969) Possession of Methamphetamine.
- Natasha H Hill (DOB-07/06/1989)
- Victoria M Zamora (DOB-03/15/1989) Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Narcotic equipment, Possession of Homemade Smoking Device.
- Sterlin G Ahrens (DOB-07/31/1997) Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoid.
- Kyla A Fountain (DOB-02/10/1991) Possession of Methamphetamine.
- Kortney S Suber (DOB-09/10/1978) Possession of Methamphetamine.
- Tabitha A Pearce (DOB-05/25/1989) Possession of Methamphetamine.
- Cynthia H Bollivar (DOB-11/17/1971) Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Narcotic equipment, Possession of Homemade Smoking Device.
- Casey N Wallin (DOB-10/2/1986) Possession of Methamphetamine.
- Angel Catina Palmer (DOB-05/21/1973)-Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Homemade Smoking Device, Possession of Ammo by Convicted Felon, Operating a Drug Dwelling, Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Sell within 1,000 feet of a Specified Place.
