2025 has been an interesting year for me. I have grown a lot. We should all continue to learn, continue to grow. Get better every day. Small changes make a big difference.
A lot of people make New Year’s resolutions but don’t stick to it. We need lifestyle changes not temporary fixes. The more we improve ourselves the more our environment improves. We all need work. Every man falls short. But with prayer and hard work you can do great things.
I’m very excited about 2026! I have been really growing! Not only views and followers online but growing in other areas too. Realizing we need to live in the moment. The past is gone. We don’t know the future… live now!
Learn a new skill, take a trip, read a book, listen to a new song. Get outside and enjoy nature. Sometimes the simple small things are really the big things. I want to exercise more this year, I want to listen to more audio books. Read the Bible more, learn more. Video more awesome experiences that I miss sometimes.
I want to be less bothered by any negativity. Keep pushing positive vibes. Spread more love. Give back more. More prayers, more patience, more letting God guide.
I’ve learned I’m not in control. I want to do my purpose. Whatever God has for me, I’m here to do it. I asked for guidance and he has been taking me to amazing places and showing me so much. Sometimes we just need to listen and pay attention. I’m ready for 2026!
I saw a new roof going on the old gym. It is looking amazing. I don’t know the details of the project yet. But I noticed it recently got cleaned up and now a new roof is going up so that is exciting.
I love our historic gym. It looks like a castle. Made from local limestone, it is an amazing building! It is available for rent and has a kitchen and is a beautiful space!

There is a show coming to Sopchoppy historic school Feb. 14th. The show will feature Six Gun South and Randy Johnson.

Memory Lane in Sopchoppy Depot Park will remain open until Jan. 3rd. This was a beautiful memorial. I really appreciate the hard work by Ms. Pollie Lawhon and Discover Sopchoppy.
I was the DJ for Low Tide New Year’s Eve party. The fireworks were out of this world. They put on an amazing show. I enjoy their events. Don’t get me started on how great the food is at Trident. If you have not been you are missing out on an amazing experience! The view, food and service is top notch!
I’m excited for 2026! I see many blessings coming my way. I’m going to continue to work on me and be thankful for everything.
