Finally getting some rain…. What a blessing! The grass is gonna grow fast now.
Sopchoppy 4th of July Started later in the day this year. Parade at 4pm. The sheriff was in the parade on a float and gave me a shout out. I thought that was cool. I also got a shout out from the little league football float. I liked the jeeps and it was good to see WHS football players. My little cousin was collecting candy with an upside down umbrella. Genius! The floats tried to ring it and he had plenty of room for more candy! The parade was followed by the city park for vendors, food and entertainment. Fireworks at dark. I didn’t perform or do sound this year. However I did stop by… I also watched the fireworks from the old historic Sopchoppy school. A few people did the same. We rode our golf carts to the school and it was awesome!
I did DJ July 3rd at Low Tide (under Trident) it was crazzzzzzzzzy! So many people and so much fun! It gets bigger every year. Fireworks were at 10 p.m. and they are so cool!
It was a long week for me. I went to Biloxi, Mississippi on Monday and got back on Thursday. That was an amazing week of food, casinos, a musical and good times. I actually won some money. It was awesome to go and experience Biloxi. It also gives me the opportunity to make great content. But I was right back for our Fourth of July celebrations. On the 4th I spent it with friends hanging out. It was a hot day. Well it was a hot week but it was filled with so much fun and excitement.
Few times I went fishing the fish were biting. I’m in the process of getting my lil Jon boat together. I’m excited about this. I’m even trying to get it legal…haha. They usually won’t find me where I go but it’s good to be legal just in case…
Well, I’m sending you all love from Sopchoppy!
