Waypoint Properties won the Gingerbread house contest with a gingerbread beach house.
There were 11 entries in the contest including 4H, Haddock Automotive, Wakulla Springs Lodge, Shepard Springs Animal Hospital, Waypoint Properties, Bluewater Realty, Wakulla Realty, Wakulla Title Group, the Wakulla County Chamber of Commerce, The Cove, and Zaxbys. The gingerbread houses were on display at Capital City Bank and people could come in and vote for their favorite. The money raised by entry fees, totaling $300, was donated to Operation Santa. The event was coordinated by Mary Wallace of Capital City Home Loans and Heather Ryback of Ryback Realty. (Photo Special to The Sun)
