Voting for the Keep Wakulla County Beautiful (KWCB) Awards is now open! This is your opportunity to recognize and celebrate the outstanding individuals and their contributions to our community’s environmental well-being.
Golden Vest Volunteer of the Year:
This award honors a dedicated volunteer who has contributed significantly to KWCB and other local organizations.
Don Henderson Award:
Named in honor of Don Henderson, this award is for an individual who has shown a longstanding commitment to improving the environment in Wakulla County.
Green Guardian Award:
This award recognizes a official or public servant who has gone above and beyond their normal duties to participate in environmental community activities.
Youth Volunteer Award:
This award celebrates a student who has demonstrated a strong interest in the environment and has volunteered in environmental or sustainability projects with KWCB and other organizations.
Business or Neighborhood Beautification Award
This award aims to recognize businesses and neighborhoods that have made significant efforts to enhance the visual appeal, livability, and sense of community pride through beautification initiatives.
