The school district held a ribbon-cutting last week for the new War Eagle Career and Technical Academy, to officially open the facility.

Superintendent-elect Rick Myhre was joined by state Sen. Corey Simon and school board members in cutting the ribbon. The building took 10 months to build and was paid for by money from Triumph Gulf Coast.
