Wakulla 4-H Summer 2024 Day Camps
All camps will be held at the Wakulla County Extension Office, 84 Cedar Ave, Crawfordvme, FL 32327, EXCEPT Teen Fit Camps which will be held at 2315 Crawfordvilte Highway, Crawfordville, FL 32327.
Age requirements vary by camp. Please check dates, times, fees, and age requirements before registering. Camp registration will open March 4, 2024. Online registratiion required.

About the Florida Library Youth Program
WCPL is a long time participant in the Florida Library Youth Program (FLYP). FLYP was developed to encourage a life-long love of reading.
Our summer program includes programs and performances designed to encourage reading. The best part is that all of these wonderful programs are offered FREE to Wakulla County residents thanks to the generous sponsorship of the Friends of the Wakulla County Public Library.
Book Bunch

This program for children in grades 3-5, features books and crafts/activities that are focused around a central theme.
Conservation Warriors
Thursday, June 6th & 20th; July 11th & 25th at 4pm
Local conservation experts from St. Marks and Fish & Wildlife Conservation come to teach about our local wildlife and aquatic ecology. Kids will learn through hands-on fun and knowledge building from local experts! Open to all ages!
Lego Club
1st & 3rd Tuesday 4:00-5:30pm
Lego Club is designed to provide kids with an enjoyable activity that stimulates & develops spatial intelligence. They will build whatever leaps into their imaginations!
Manga Club

Apalachee Bay Yacht Club Youth Sailing Camp
This camp is ideal for youth who love being on the water and are interested in learning an activity or enhancing skills they may already have.
No previous sailing experience is required but campers must pass a swim test adminstered the first day of camp.
Sail Camp is being taught by qualified instructors and yacht club volunteers who have all passed background checks.
All Sailors will get a U.S. Sailing Learn to Sail Right! manual, Small Boat Certification Book, and a long-sleeve sun shirt.

What to Expect:
All sailors must pass a swim test on the first day of camp in order to sail on the water during camp.
All sailors will be signed in and out by a guardian each day.
Sailors will need to bring:
A bag lunch and refillable water bottle each day.
- SUNSCREEN (please apply before drop-off).
- Watershoes 4. A towel
- Sailing life jacket. ABYC does have some life jackets available for use.
