The high schools of Wakulla and Suwannee have engaged in some epic battles over the course of their storied histories. Wakulla enjoyed success for a number of years, but for the past two seasons the pendulum has swung back in favor of Coach John Wainwright and company. The excitement of traveling hundreds of miles from home and competing on a national level is a feeling like no other. 4-H member Nina “Libby” Justice experienced firsthand exactly what that feels like and how far hard work and dedication can take you. After winning a blue ribbon on the county level and securing second place while competing at the 4-H State Horse Show in June, Libby qualified to present her Illustrated Talk titled “Horse Coat Genetics: Colors, Patterns & Textures” in Kentucky at the Eastern National 4-H Horse Roundup.
