About two dozen people were at the county commission meeting last week to express their concern about conditions at the animal shelter.
Many also said they were concerned that overcrowding has led to the shelter being forced to euthanize dogs.

Election website crashes blamed on company

The Tallahassee-based VR Systems company, which was in charge of state election websites that crashed during last week’s primary elections, issued a statement last week taking responsibility for the problems and vowing the clean up the issues before the presidential election in November.
