Three inmates at the Wakulla County Jail reportedly recently overdosed on fentanyl or some other opioid and were treated with Narcan and subsequently taken to Tallahassee Memorial for treatment.

Citizen Bill Catalina was at last week’s county commission meeting to blame commissioners – especially Chairman Ralph Thomas – for problems at the Wakulla Airport and not firing volunteer airport manager Steve Fults.
Catalina made the comments at the Jan. 5th county commission meeting during the citizens to be heard portion of the meeting. He went to the podium with a protest sign complaining about Fults.

60 beds built for kids who need them
