Florida Wild Mammal Association (FWMA) held its annual fundraising event Feathers and Fur Masquerade Ball – Moonlight in the Wild at the Historic Sopchoppy Gymnasium on Saturday, Oct. 17.
More than 150 guests were on hand to celebrate, with elaborate forest-themed decorations that turned the Sopchoppy Gym into a moonlit canopy.

Reba Mason, who founded Wakulla Community Theatre back in 1991, and who also directed the annual performance of Handel’s Messiah with the community choir, passed away in Tallahassee on Oct. 8.
Mason was 83 years old.
