A citizen appeared at the St. Marks city commission meeting two weeks ago to call for Commissioner Paul Sheddan to resign from the commission entirely.

A 48-year-old Shell Point man was arrested on Saturday, Dec. 16, after he allegedly made numerous threats to neighbors and was behaving erratically.
Deputies were called Saturday morning to Shell Point after neighbors of Matthew Williams heard him making threats and yelling strange things over the past several days.

Wakulla Giving Hands partnered with the Less Fortunate Still Matters Foundation and Mack’s Country Meats to provide A Gift from The North Pole to families in Wakulla County on Saturday, Dec. 16, at the Wakulla Senior Citizens Center.
A Gift from The North Pole included toys and books for children, clothes and personal hygiene items as well as music, dancing, popcorn, and sno-cones were also included for approximately 300 people who did not let the weekend’s bad weather hinder their holiday fun.
Family Funeral Home held a Tree of Remembrance Service on Thursday, Dec. 14 at Harvey-Young Chapel.
