A front page story last week about the resolution of a conflict between D.R. Horton and the Homeowner’s Association at The Retreat at Wakulla incorrectly identified the original construction company which founded the HOA and the president of the HOA.
The original builder was Precision Home Builders dba Gene Cutchin Construction.
The Sunbiz listing for the HOA lists Travis Pereze as president and Susan Jones as secretary.

Valentine’s Festival this Saturday

The annual Rotary Valentine’s Festival kicks off the local festival season on Saturday with a parade at 10 a.m. followed by vendors and entertainment in Hudson Park. It’s the 25th year of the festival.
