Sex offender Donovan Sauleda was in Wakulla Circuit Court last week to resolve his local charges before going off to the federal Bureau of Prisons to serve a 60-year sentence for possession of child pornography and production and distribution of obscene material portraying a child.

Wakulla STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math), is preparing to compete in a FIRST LEGO League Challenge. The event will be held at the Maclay School in Tallahassee on Dec.13th.

The Wakulla County Historical Society held its annual open house event in its museum on both Friday, December 5, from 4-7pm and Saturday, December 6, from 1-4pm. The museum was formerly the county’s jail house located at 24 High Drive, in Crawfordville.
