About the time the Wakulla Sun was being sent to the printer last week with a story about local businessman David McQuary complaining about his treatment by the county, he had a meeting with County Administrator David Edwards and County Commissioner Ralph Thomas – and McQuary said the county officials made him a deal that took care of his concerns.

Crawfordville’s Palaver Tree Theater hosted a private screening of a short film titled “Galaxy Trolls” for the participants and the parents of the children who appeared in the film.
“Galaxy Trolls,” which screened Tuesday, Nov. 25, is a short bit of film that’s a sample of what the longer movie is supposed to look like.
