A. Erin, you have hit on two bedrock concepts that trial courts and lawyers emphasize at every criminal trial. Let’s break down each one.

The Wakulla War Eagles head into the playoffs as the No. 6 seed and will travel to Jacksonville on Friday to take on the No. 3 seed Bishop Kenny Crusaders.
Wakulla finished the season as district champs with a 6-4 overall record, and 3-0 in the district.

The Sierra Club expressed its opposition to a land transfer between Wakulla County and the Apalachicola National Forest.
What had been proposed by the county commission more than a decade ago was a trade of a 200-acre parcel of forest land off Ivan Church Road for the 163-acre parcel owned by the county currently used as an equestrian center.
