The Gage Pitman Memorial, Inc. is proud to announce the return of the 5th Annual Gage Pitman Memorial Rockin’ Reds Fishing Tournament, taking place June 6 – 8 at Woolley Park in Panacea.
This is the fifth year of the fishing tournament created to honor the late Gage Pitman
Wakulla Middle School students Aaliyah Williams, Kira Simmons, and Mya Warning received certificates of excellence from the WCSO for their quick response when another student had a medical emergency.

Stuart Mauney, who was charged with killing a man in the Purify Bay Road area back in December 2021, was found guilty of second degree murder after a two-day trial last week. It took the six-person jury only 20 minutes to deliberate and return the guilty verdict.
