The first fictional film on the legend of Tate’s Hell, a dangerous cypress swamp located in the Carrabelle and Apalachicola areas, is scheduled to premiere this weekend, according to two local filmmakers.
The short 32-minute movie was filmed on locations in Wakulla County by Stacy Brown of Crawfordville and Joey Badia of Tallahassee. It features three local actors, Travis Herndon, Jessica Parker and Herb Donaldson, all of Crawfordville.
