The high schools of Wakulla and Suwannee have engaged in some epic battles over the course of their storied histories. Wakulla enjoyed success for a number of years, but for the past two seasons the pendulum has swung back in favor of Coach John Wainwright and company. Weekly Roundup: Filling up the bench?

TALLAHASSEE – Florida senators returned to the Capitol this week to receive overviews as they prepare for the 2025 legislative session.
A big part of their job during the session will be to craft a budget for the fiscal year that will start July 1. And the Florida Supreme Court added to the budget puzzle this week when it called for creating 50 new judgeships across the state.
