The Wakulla Quilters Guild invites the community to its upcoming 2025 Celebration of Quilts Show, set to take place Friday, April 25 and Saturday, April 26.
This two-day event will be held at the Wakulla County Library, 4330 Crawfordville Highway, Crawfordville.
Doors will open to the public on Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and best of all, admission is free.

Read More …On Saturday, the Wakulla High School Interact Club will hold a Spring Toward Peace event starting with a run at 8 a.m. from Azalea Park. After the race, at 10 a.m., the event moves to Hudson Park with a $3 admission for music, food trucks, and stage performances. Event concludes at 2 p.m.

This year’s y 4-H Public Speaking Contest was held Tuesday, April 1, at the Wakulla Extension Office.
First Place Winner for the 4th and 5th Grade Contestants was Raelyn Prentiss on “My Favorite Vacation,” an exciting story about her family’s trip to Universal Studios in Orlando and Second Place Winner was Evelynn Rummel on “Softball,” a story about her favorite sport.
